Porsche has just unveiled the electric Cayenne for 2026. Among the highlights, the new powerful vehicle will be able to charge wirelessly.
The Porsche launch was presented in two versions, Cayenne Electric and Cayenne Turbo Electric. The Turbo version, as previously suggested by Porsche, will have a maximum output of an impressive 1,139 horsepower and 1,499 Nm of torque.
This allows it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds and from 0 to 200 km/h in 7.4 seconds, with a top speed of 260 km/h. According to Porsche, it is their most powerful car ever.
The entry-level version of the electric Cayenne is a bit tamer, with 400 hp and 0–100 km/h acceleration in 4.8 seconds, with a top speed of 230 km/h.

Other details include optional rear-axle steering and adaptive air suspension, which comes standard on both the conventional Cayenne and the Turbo version. But the most interesting feature is its optional inductive charging, which allows you to charge your Cayenne wirelessly.
It features a 113 kWh battery and supports ultra-fast DC charging of up to 400 kW. This ensures an estimated range of up to 642 km in the WLTP cycle for the electric Cayenne and 623 km for the Cayenne Turbo.

Its exterior appearance does not show major changes compared with current Porsche SUVs. Meanwhile, inside, the main highlight is the exclusive shape of the 12.25-inch central touchscreen, which is slightly more curved.
If you opt for the passenger display, which measures 14.9 inches, both screens sit under the same curved glass panel. In front of the steering wheel, the instruments are displayed on a traditional 14.25-inch curved screen.

All Cayenne models come with a two-chamber, two-valve air suspension with PASM, but you can opt for Porsche’s Active Ride suspension.
The base model comes with 20-inch wheels and tires, but you can choose a 22-inch set. The Turbo version comes with 22-inch wheels, but you can add Pirelli P Zero R tires, which are slightly wider.
All electric Cayenne models are now available for order. In the United States, the electric Cayenne starts at US$111,350, while the electric Cayenne Turbo starts at US$165,350.
